Private Party Information

Minimum Requirements

The package includes a minimum of 10 guests and a maximum of 12 guests, with the base price covering the first 10 guests.
Additional guests beyond 6 can be added for a fee of $200.00 per guest.
For events held in Dallas, Austin or other cities outside of Houston, we require a minimum of 10 guests.
If your party exceeds the maximum of 12 guests, please reach out to us and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.

What's included with party package?

Your "Cake Artistry Experience" includes:

Fully decorated Cake Workshop space: The setting of the experience will be beautifully decorated where you will get to unleash your creativity and design your own cake. *(If we will be traveling to you and you are outside of the Houston area, you will have to provide your own venue/workspace and we will decorate that space for your event. We will provide all tables and chairs.)
Complimentary glass of Champagne, Daiquiri or Mocktail: Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a complimentary glass of your preferred drink. Whether you opt for Champagne, Daiquiri, or a Mocktail, this gesture sets the tone for a fun-filled evening. *("Daiquiris" will be provided at the Houston location only.)
Delectable catering by Creole Kitchen: The experience includes a catering service by Creole Kitchen that offers mouth-watering food to satisfy your taste buds. Their food is known for its rich flavors and high-quality ingredients, which will add to the overall experience. *(Creole Kitchen catering is for Houston only, if you are in Dallas, Austin or any other city/location; an alternative food option will be provided. Vegan options available.)
One sweet treat cupcake: As part of the experience, you will also get to enjoy one sweet treat cupcake. It's a delicious way to indulge in something sweet while working on your cake design.
All supplies provided: B’liciously Sweet will provide you with all the supplies you need to create your cake masterpiece. You don't need to worry about bringing anything along, just show up and let your creative juices flow.
Guided by a Cake Artist: A Cake Artist will be there to guide you through the process of designing and decorating your cake. They will provide you with tips and tricks to help you create a beautiful cake that you can take home with you.
Take home your cake masterpiece: The best part of the experience is that you get to take home your cake masterpiece as a souvenir. You can show it off to your family and friends or enjoy it yourself as a reminder of the fun-filled evening you had with B’liciously Sweet.

Cake Design Choice

At this time, we are only offering classes for the "BOMB Cake". We will be offering other classes/parties soon.

Booking

To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit per person at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 2-weeks prior to your set party date, You may use a debit or credit card to make the payment. As an alternative payment option, we also offer a 4-interest free payment plan with AfterPay or Affirm. If you prefer, we can send payment links to each of your guests, or you may opt to make a single payment for the entire group.

Arrival Time

Our events start promptly at the scheduled time, so please ensure your guests arrive within the first 30 minutes of the food and cocktail session. It's important to note that late arrivals will miss critical class instruction and unfortunately, there will be no individual "catch up" sessions with the instructor or assistant. We do allow a 15-minute grace period, but beyond that, there will be a charge of $50.00 for every 15-minute party overage. We hope you understand the importance of timely arrival and thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel your reservation, please note that you must do so within seven days after booking. If you cancel after this time frame, your deposit will be non-refundable and cannot be used for a future booking. In the event of a Private Party cancellation, party credits will be issued to all individuals who have made reservations. These credits can be used for a future date, subject to availability.
